Logic vs. ????

A heart and a brain. Two totally different things that you need to live. One is seen as dealing with emotions, the other is seen as logic. "Follow your heart" is what the 'wise' would say. Is your brain not capable of doing what your heart can do? Literally, of course. Metaphorically? Thats a different story. People have been known for giving advice like.. listen to your heart, not your brain. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to listen to your brain? Your brain has more logic whereas your heart can't even 'think' its merely following 'emotions' that come from the brain anyway! Sooo many people treat their heart as more valuable than their brain. I'm just saying i beg to differ..

*Hi blog. Did you miss me? I bet.. Keep in mind, i used to diss people that blogged alot more than they actually made music.. Slowly, thats what im becoming. Haha, entirely no problem at all though. Just a little addition to this worthless post.

Remember when things were much more simple? When things didnt matter as much as they do now? When ignorance was scattered in your mind, simplicity was your drug and your buzz never died? Remember those moments that suprised you? The moments that destroyed your aspirations and completely spun your brain around into backwards thinking? Remember when watching tv was more so 'haha, that joke was funny' instead of 'haha.. wait.. theres a deeper, psychological meaning with this..'?

I'm not implying that intelligence should not be strived for, i'm implying that when you're young and little is known of the world around you life seems much easier. When you know more and notice more as you progress through life and your mindset switches up to a more aware style, happiness fades and worry fills the cavities of the mind. Just my opinion, run with it how you want to. Digest the message.

Sooo, as EVERYONE knows - i'm a huge fan of Charles Hamilton (lol @ the pink). reason? he raps about relatable topics such as heartache, lonliness, depression. He raps about UPLIFTING things as well - triumph, victory, power, etc. He never let the industry get to him and he stayed himself even for the brief moment he was signed to interscope records. Now, my question is, what makes a good artist? its all in personal opinion and reasoning.

Lots of people prefer different genres of music.. Hip hop, rock, metal, country. What makes metal better than country? what makes rock better than hip hop? what makes any genre over the other? Music SHOULD be universal in a sense that everyone can experience the sensation a good artist brings.

Universal theme of music = EMOTION. think about it..

Swallow The Key. . .

Have you ever looked up, stared at the sky, and for a quick second imagined yourself soaring above all the hate this world has to offer? If so, we're more similar than you probably thought. I constantly find myself imagining how it would be if i escaped this world and lead myself to an unknown planet. I used to think i was already on an unknown planet, but i've come to realize that i've figured this world out for the most part. Still, taking a break from such a wasteful life is fitting for an aspiring soul. What if things were different? facts that you never knew; The sky was orange for the first thousands of years this world existed. Thats also a fact that has not been proven.. So what exactly is a fact? What tells us this is true? Scientists? Just more waste i say. Staying in trivial pursuit of the meaning of life is NOT happiness. Ignorance is bliss; it honestly is, but that doesn't make it happiness. Now - after reading that, imagine once more, escaping from this world.. All the lies just vanish and you could survive off the land of a random place your soul leads you to. Your souls destination land (thats what i call it) might be closer than you think. For now, you picture it in your head, inside your dreams, you color and sketch the vivid images you think of - This is all to your liking - this is your destination land You could like it, you could hate it, God has given

you this dwelling to release. DEATH - in your eyes - might be the easiest way to get to this. Suicide easily helps you escape this life into a better place.. It helps you escape.. I completely understand suicide. I completely understand those who seek to kill; those who have been placed in the corner by society; those who'd rather see themselves bleed then see another day of this; i can relate to. With this being said, do not fear any suicidal thoughts in my head. I've already solved most of my problems. Take my words and adjust them to your liking. Be inspired to live long and prosper, live long and love, live long and ESCAPE.
