Only profitable tracks and freeverses i have out. I've been noticing, lately, i'm getting more buzz from the latest drops. Although i felt that the more buzz i got from the new stuff, the old stuff would get the same buzz eventually. Right? ...Wrong. The quality has changed a bit, but the substance is STILL the same. I thought fans would catch on and get that. I thought they'd lend an ear to the old while waiting for the new. Isn't that how its supposed to be? Thats sure as hell how i do it when my favorite artists have yet to put out new mixtapes/albums/tracks. Have my freeverses been shunned? Are they not as important as the actual track?

Possibly my favorite freeverse by myself. The lyrics just SHINE.. "They say that one day the sun will explode, so. On that day i'll take my rocket launcher and unload" ... DOPE!! thats fire. Can other not understand that? Did it go over your head? Not much to get, how could that have possibly been missed by my demographic audience? The flow is lovely on this. If it were recorded, i guarantee it would be YOUR favorite track..
and that reminds me. could it be because its just on video? is that why? did i not promote enough? maybe that could be it. i BARELY promoted my Cut You Loose (Life Support) track. i BARELY promoted The Return. I HEAVILY promoted Thoughts Of A Monster as if it were a single. In a way, it was. Whatever project i put out; THAT will be on it.. Unless things, for some matter, change.

This actually got some average shine before any official tracks were released. 2k views and many reviews from those on youtube and on the internet alike. This is possibly my second favorite. Maybe. I hate being a critic of my own work, so, of course i cant actually rank my own tracks... Well, i can. But. I refuse to in a way. I feel childish in this video as well. Just a bit. The 9th wonder beat was SICK.. I feel i did it COMPLETE justice in my eyes. No one has yet compared to how i lived up to it and the legacy of the instrumental.

The first official. Haaa, this is embarassing. I feel like.. well.. I feel like... I have no idea. This was needed. The lyrics; smooth. Beat; nice. Me? ....Not so much, but flow is LOVELY. I don't mean to brag but this is pretty cool. I just really think this video is awkward to watch. Not only awkward, but funny. "Hey Graph, remember this? LOL" - Always get that. Just saying, the younger crowd (Age 10+) feel that this is their favorite. I have a friend named Malik, hes always telling me how much he likes this. He prefers this unfinished (and never will be) freeverse over any other track. Kind of nice to know that theres SOME demographic that will appreciate it.
Conclusion? uhm, freeverse (low quality) vs actual songs (both low and high quality). In this case, my newer stuff wins. But i am more in love with my older stuff. Minus Thoughts Of A Monster, that is an instant classic and i feel it STILL deserves more shine. Just my opinion..

Gawwwwwnnnn
Ramen noodles in my system. Feeling relaxed on this sunday evening. Been out and about SO much the past few days.. Late night trips, early morning naps. Quite fun though.. Really fun.. Today, i've decided to stay home and just chill.
Award show.. Award show.. BET award show. Today @ 8. I guess i'll watch it.. Only because they're saying Drake & Kanye are going to be there. I'm expecting something CRAZY to happen. Last year was dope, very Mike Jack-ish. This year - lets see if they can get back to the norm..
Oh but yeah, Kanye was SUPPOSED to be there last year but due to the change in the theme of the award show his performance probably got cancled and replaced by more of a michael jackson tribute special performance or something.
My nails are kinda long.. but my nails are very clean. ha, im chill on this. no clippin for me. dont you hate when your nails get so long and dirty and you dont have a nail clipper or whatever? that makes me mad. hasnt happened in a while, ive been keeping mine pretty clean.. both my toe nails and finger nails.

Uhm ...
Found my camera cable once again... *sigh* my cousin always hides it from me. why? does she not know im trying to be an internet celebrity?

Ode To Raymond
Spending the day being the father of a stuffed penguin named Raymond.
He really is my son, though. We've gotten really close.. I'm happy.
So, my father isnt in my life. As many of you know ... so what?
Doesn't mean i can't/won't be in this penguins life.
we BOTH miss his mother ... like always ... we can relate.
I honestly feel as though he speaks to me. When theres no one to listen,
when theres no one to get an opinion from, hes there. Just relaxing. No worries.
Always smiling. Hes fresh too.. From his red shirt to his tan jacket.
I value his presence. Him being here makes me happy.
He has a place in my heart now. He'll live longer than me too, Hopefully he'll pass on my legacy
and my ideals in life. I know he wants to.. We're both unsure if he will though.
Hes sitting by the window, staring out at the sun.. I told him not to tan, but he doesnt listen.
Haha. But its fine.. Hes my little man.. well, my little penguin.. And i love him.
Btw, hes really into Kanye West. I don't think he likes Charles Hamilton though.. Mehh.. Just like his mom. Haha, okay. Done blogging. Gonna spend more time with him. I'm out...?! yeah.
